On August 31, Geely Automobile released official images of the Xingyue L PLUS. This model is positioned as a mid-to-large SUV, adopts a five-seat layout, and offers two powertrain options: gasoline and gasoline-electric hybrid.
The length, width, and height of the Xingyue L PLUS are 4955mm, 1960mm, and 1769mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2900mm. Compared with the current Xingyue L, the vehicle length has increased by 160mm, the wheelbase has been extended by 55mm, and the width and height have also increased by 65mm and 80mm respectively.
Judging from the official images, the front face of the Xingyue L PLUS adopts a vertical waterfall-style grille, with relatively thick grille trim matched with chrome decorative elements. The rear adopts a full-width LED taillight, and below the taillight is embedded the brand's English logo and the model name badge.
Chrome trim is used on the window frames, exterior mirror bases, and side skirts, and there is an exclusive decorative badge at the D-pillar. It is equipped with traditional pull-type door handles, comes with factory roof rails, and has a lidar on the roof. Two tire specifications are offered, 235/50 R20 and 245/45 R21, with a variety of wheel styles available. The official images show a densely spoked wheel in a pie-plate style.
The Xingyue L PLUS offers two powertrains: gasoline and gasoline-electric hybrid. The gasoline version is equipped with a 2.0T engine, with a maximum power of 213kW and a top speed of 210km/h. The gasoline-electric hybrid version is equipped with a 2.0T hybrid-dedicated engine, with an engine power of 160kW and a top speed of 190km/h.

The Xingyue L PLUS adopts a five-seat layout and does not offer six-seat or seven-seat versions. Its dimensions have increased compared with the current Xingyue L, and it is expected that second-row legroom and trunk capacity will be improved. The gasoline-electric hybrid version does not support external charging and is an HEV model, so it cannot obtain a new energy green license plate.
