On May 16, the Chery Fengyun T9 Long-Range Edition was officially launched, offering three configurations: Premium, Distinguished, and Flagship. All models in the lineup adopt a 5-seat design, while the Distinguished and Flagship versions can be equipped with a third-row manual seat (the Flagship also supports an optional electric third row), forming a 2+3+2 7-seat layout. The Fengyun T9 Long-Range Edition is equipped with a 32.66 kWh battery, offering 220 km of CLTC pure electric range and 1,800 km of combined range.

In terms of exterior design, the Fengyun T9 Long-Range Edition features a closed-off grille at the front, paired with the Fengyun brand's petal emblem. The side of the body is equipped with hidden door handles, while the rear features a full-width LED taillight strip and the "FULWIN" lettering.

Inside, the Fengyun T9 Long-Range Edition's center console area comes standard with a 10.25-inch full digital instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch 2.5K central control screen. The infotainment chip is the Qualcomm 8155 (the Flagship offers an optional Qualcomm 8255), running the Lion smart cloud system and supporting intelligent voice control, online navigation, phone connectivity, and whole-vehicle FOTA upgrades.

In terms of safety equipment, the Fengyun T9 Long-Range Edition's body uses 85% high-strength steel and 21% hot-formed steel, and is equipped with aluminum alloy crash beams. The vehicle has a total of 7 airbags, including a far-side airbag and a 2,090 mm side curtain airbag. The battery has an IP68 waterproof rating as well as protection against impacts and scratches, and is complemented by a 540-degree high-definition surround-view camera and 20 active safety features.

In terms of power, the Fengyun T9 Long-Range Edition adopts a 1.5T hybrid dedicated engine, with a system combined output of 265 kW and combined torque of 530 N·m; it is equipped with a 32.66 kWh battery, offering 220 km of CLTC pure electric range and 1,800 km of combined range. The vehicle supports 80 kW DC fast charging, taking about 15 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%, and comes standard across the lineup with a 6.6 kW vehicle-to-load discharge function.

Xiao Tang's view: The Fengyun T9 Long-Range Edition raises pure electric range to 220 km, which is rare at a price just over 100,000 yuan. For family users who mainly commute daily, this range can basically support a week's worth of vehicle use and reduce charging frequency. With a combined range of 1,800 km, the pressure of refueling or recharging mid-trip on long journeys is also relatively small, so there is less need to worry frequently about range. In addition, the standard 6.6 kW vehicle-to-load discharge function across the lineup, combined with the intelligent parking power-retention system, can supply power to appliances while parked, while maintaining power for in-car air conditioning, audio, and other equipment, and preserving battery charge for subsequent driving. These configurations indeed add practicality for scenarios involving outdoor activities or emergency power use.
