In his presentation, Zhang Shuguang, Chairman of i-Box, pointed out that as the automotive industry moves from the "mechanical era" to the "intelligent era," the definition of mobility tools is upgrading from a "single transportation carrier" to a "scenario-based service entry point." As the core achievement of i-Box's deep cultivation of the mobility market, the INJOY series is not an automobile product in the traditional sense, but an "intelligent mobile space platform" built on innovation across four dimensions—"appearance, space, quality, and revenue"—and specially customized for diverse mobility scenarios. It deeply adapts to four major fields: public mobility, government and enterprise services, social welfare, and cultural tourism and leisure, resolving industry pain points with a momentum of "precise breakthrough" and redefining the value of mobility.

In his speech, Qin Ming, CEO of Haima Automobile Co., Ltd., stated that in response to the "four transformations" wave of electrification, connectivity, intelligence, and sharing in the automotive industry, Haima Automobile is actively pursuing strategic transformation and rebuilding new "tracks," "genes," and "business forms" for the industry. This cooperation between Haima Automobile and i-Box is a model of deep integration between traditional manufacturing and intelligent technology. The Box Auto project will also bring new development opportunities to Henan's automotive industry and become a new carrier for digital and intelligent Henan as well as a new carrier for investment attraction.

Focusing on four core scenarios, the INJOY series creates a "fully scenario-adaptive intelligent mobile space"

Scenario one: Public mobility — increasing drivers' income and improving enterprises' efficiency

In the field of public mobility, INJOY series vehicles not only provide drivers with more comfortable and more durable operating vehicles, but also tackle industry pain points through a two-pronged approach of "commercial platform + efficient operational support." On the one hand, the built-in rear-seat smart screen can carry local service promotions, and the in-vehicle convenience vending cabinet allows passengers to scan codes to purchase drinks and snacks, enabling drivers to earn advertising revenue shares and sales commissions, breaking the single model of "profiting only from fares"; on the other hand, with the "public domain + private domain" order system of the Taxi Pro ecosystem, drivers can both obtain high-quality ride-hailing orders through data connectivity with leading platforms and undertake stable private-domain orders such as government commuting and large enterprise shuttle services, saying goodbye to the anxiety of "cruising the streets for orders." At the same time, operating companies can use i-Box's "smart vehicle management system" to monitor vehicle locations, operating status, and driver behavior in real time, achieving refined management, reducing empty-mileage rates and operating costs, and ultimately achieving the win-win goal of "increasing drivers' income and improving companies' efficiency."

Scenario two: Government and enterprise services — creating a "mobile smart office"

In response to the traditional problems of "difficult management, high cost, and low efficiency" in vehicles used by government and enterprise units, the INJOY series government and enterprise edition vehicles reconstruct the official travel experience with "customized space + intelligent management." In terms of space, the vehicle adopts a "1+1+3" L-shaped seat layout, reserving ample blank areas that can be quickly switched to a temporary meeting mode. Combined with a 6.6KW high-power external discharge function, it meets the power needs of office equipment such as laptops and projectors, enabling efficient office work even during official travel. In terms of management, the vehicle is connected to i-Box's dedicated vehicle management platform, allowing government and enterprise units to view vehicle usage records, mileage data, and more in real time, realizing full-process digitalization from "vehicle use application - trip tracking - expense settlement." In addition, modular coating and film replacement technology can quickly customize exclusive government and enterprise identities, making vehicles a "mobile brand card" and enhancing government and enterprise image.

Scenario three: Social welfare — promoting "mobility equity, technology for good"

As the core implementation scenario of i-Box's "technology for good" mission, the INJOY series welfare edition vehicles are specially designed for elderly people and people with reduced mobility, helping Zhengzhou build a "national benchmark city for accessible mobility." This vehicle innovatively adopts a hidden B-pillar design, achieving an ultra-wide 1600mm boarding and alighting passage, paired with a one-touch rotating seat—the seat can automatically rotate outward and lower in height, making it convenient for people with reduced mobility to sit down smoothly without needing to stand up significantly, thoroughly solving the problems of "difficult boarding and alighting and easy bumping" in traditional vehicles. At the same time, the vehicle is预留 with wheelchair fixing devices to safely secure wheelchairs and ensure travel safety; the in-vehicle control buttons adopt a large-font, high-brightness design for ease of operation by elderly people. At present, i-Box has joined hands with relevant competent authorities in Zhengzhou to advance accessible mobility projects, and in the future will further expand the scale of welfare vehicle deployment so that special groups can "leave home with dignity and without barriers."

Scenario four: Cultural tourism and leisure — making "traveling the road" the "first stop of the journey"

Centering on the development trend of "transportation-tourism integration," the INJOY series cultural tourism edition vehicles deeply combine "transportation tools" with "cultural tourism experiences" to create "mobile homestays" in scenic areas. In appearance, the vehicles can be customized with scenic-area characteristic patterns and cultural IP images through modular coating and film replacement technology, becoming "trendy check-in points" within scenic areas. In space, the vehicles can be transformed according to demand into "mobile homestay experience cabins," "mobile cultural creative shops," or "mobile coffee cars," allowing tourists to experience homestay samples, purchase cultural creative products, or enjoy freshly made beverages on their way to and from scenic areas, enriching the travel experience. In service, i-Box has partnered with cultural tourism departments to open "scenic-area special lines," with built-in scenic-area guide systems in the vehicles that can broadcast attraction introductions and travel tips in real time while also providing value-added services such as ticket reservations and hotel bookings. This model not only brings tourists a brand-new travel experience, but also helps tourism cities tap growth points in "en-route consumption" and promotes the upgrading of the cultural tourism industry.

Three major ecosystems launched together, building a "present-future" dual-track mobility system

i-Box, together with industry chain partners, released three core ecosystems, forming a complete solution covering the resolution of current operational pain points and the layout of future technology trends, demonstrating Henan's "systematic thinking" and "forward-looking vision" in the field of smart mobility:

Taxi Pro mobility ecosystem: solving the pain points of the taxi industry. The Taxi Pro ecosystem proposed by Dong Xiaodong, President of i-Box, provides a systematic solution for the taxi industry with three major empowerment systems: "smart orders, diversified income, and digital management." On the order side, it pioneers the integration of "public domain + private domain" traffic, both connecting with leading platforms through data to achieve precise matching of ride-hailing orders and developing high-value private-domain orders such as government commuting, enterprise shuttles, and cultural tourism special lines. On the income side, it breaks the single model of "relying only on fares" through advertising revenue sharing and vending cabinet commissions. On the management side, the "smart vehicle management system" realizes real-time visualization of vehicle status and driver behavior, achieving a tripartite win of "efficient government supervision, cost reduction for operating companies, and passenger safety assurance." At present, this ecosystem has launched the country's first model city construction in Nanyang, and is expected to achieve the goals of increasing driver income, reducing complaint rates, and multiplying management efficiency.

Autonomous driving exploration: a gradual path toward Robo Taxi. Looking toward future mobility, i-Box also showcased an L4-level Robotaxi vehicle. It can achieve 360-degree perception without blind spots and can operate stably even in complex weather such as rain and fog. Unlike the radical route of "getting there in one step," i-Box has chosen the gradual path of "Taxi→Taxi Pro→Robo Taxi," planning to accumulate massive data on urban road conditions and travel preferences through the Taxi Pro ecosystem, hone operational capabilities and regulatory models, and lay a "data + scenario + management" foundation for the large-scale implementation of future autonomous driving.

Battery swap ecosystem: joining hands with CATL and its subsidiary CATL Electric Vehicle Service and Haima Automobile to accelerate the upgrading of energy replenishment.

It is reported that battery-swap vehicles jointly developed by multiple parties will also be launched soon. Relying on Haima Automobile's mature manufacturing system and i-Box's scenario-based design, this vehicle can achieve "3-minute rapid battery swap," greatly reducing the time cost of energy replenishment for operating vehicles.

Qin Ming, CEO of Haima Automobile, stated that CATL, CATL Electric Vehicle Service, and Haima Automobile have signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Next, they will bring Box battery-swap vehicles into CATL's Chocolate Battery Swap ecosystem. Haima Automobile will carry out comprehensive strategic cooperation with CATL and CATL Electric Vehicle Service to jointly explore the "battery bank" business under the "vehicle-battery separate sales" model. In the future, together with CATL Electric Vehicle Service, they will jointly build a high-quality charging and battery-swap ecosystem in Zhengzhou and even across cities in Henan, realizing a network of "a station within three kilometers and battery swap and energy replenishment within ten minutes," bringing consumers a new experience that is economical, convenient, and safe.

Cui Shuo, General Manager of Product Planning at CATL Electric Vehicle Service, stated that in this cooperation with Haima Automobile, with the "Chocolate Battery Swap ecosystem" as the fulcrum, multiple parties will join forces to promote the layout of battery swap stations in key cities and transportation hubs in Henan, building a "vehicle-station-network" collaborative battery swap service network to provide efficient energy support for new energy mobility.
