On July 22, the 2027 Trumpchi Xiangwang S7 PHEV was officially launched, offering a total of 4 models: Pro Edition, Pro LiDAR Edition, Max LiDAR Edition, and Ultra Four-Wheel-Drive LiDAR Edition.
In terms of exterior, the new car has not undergone extensive changes, and the body dimensions remain 4900/1950/1780mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2880mm.
For the interior, the new car adopts a combination of a 15.6-inch 2K floating central control screen and an 8.88-inch full LCD instrument panel, is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip, runs the ADiGO 6.0 system, and supports CarPlay, HUAWEI HiCar, Carlink phone connectivity, voice recognition control system, and more. The vehicle is equipped with 50W wireless fast charging and a heated steering wheel, and the front seats support ventilation, heating, and massage functions.
The Max LiDAR Edition and Ultra Edition offer a 27-inch W-HUD, driver's seat headrest speakers, and 22-speaker Dolby audio, the front passenger seat is equipped with a queen seat with a leg rest, and the second-row seats support ventilation and heating functions. The Ultra Edition is also equipped with a 17.3-inch 3K roof-mounted entertainment screen, and the second-row seats add a massage function.
The new car comes standard across the lineup with L2 assisted driving and intelligent automatic parking. Except for the Pro Edition, all other models are equipped with a 192-line LiDAR and add small blue intelligent driving lights at the front, exterior rearview mirrors, and taillights. The perception hardware includes 1 LiDAR, 12 ultrasonic radars, 3 millimeter-wave radars, and 11 high-definition cameras, and is equipped with the NVIDIA Orin-X chip and the Momenta R6 flywheel large model, supporting urban and highway navigation-assisted driving.
The new car is equipped with the Xingyuan plug-in hybrid GMC 3.0 Jifeng Edition consisting of a 1.5T engine and an electric motor, and offers two versions: two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive. The 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 118kW and is matched with a 38.88kWh lithium iron phosphate battery. The CLTC pure electric range is 255km for the two-wheel-drive version and 240km for the four-wheel-drive version; the comprehensive range is 1200km for the two-wheel-drive version and 1084km for the four-wheel-drive version. The vehicle adopts a 400V high-voltage fast charging platform and supports a 3C charging rate, taking about 16.2 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%. The two-wheel-drive version comes standard with FSD variable damping suspension, while the four-wheel-drive version is upgraded to SDC electromagnetic suspension.
Xiao Tang's view: The 2027 Trumpchi Xiangwang S7 PHEV has little change in its powertrain architecture, mainly upgrading the intelligent driving hardware and battery capacity, strengthening the "intelligent" label, optimizing the "range" data, and retaining gradient differences in some comfort configurations among different models.
