On May 9, the Geely Boyue 10th Anniversary Champion Edition was launched. The main changes to the new car are the addition of an exclusive exterior color called "Time Blue," along with 10th Anniversary exclusive commemorative badges added to multiple locations on the body and interior, highlighting its limited commemorative status.

In terms of exterior, as a special edition launched to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Boyue's launch, the Champion Edition continues the overall styling of the current Boyue in appearance, with a large shield-shaped front grille paired with vertical chrome trim, and the fog light area accented with boomerang-style chrome decoration. In terms of body dimensions, length, width, and height are 4549 mm, 1865 mm, and 1650 mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2707 mm. It has a 580-liter + 75-liter dual-layer trunk, which can be expanded after the rear seats are folded down, and the entire vehicle has 37 storage spaces, with a cabin utilization rate of 85.4%.

In the interior, the central control area of the Boyue 10th Anniversary Champion Edition is equipped with a 14.6-inch horizontal screen and a 10.2-inch full LCD instrument cluster, featuring the Flyme Auto intelligent cockpit system and adopting Geely's GEEA3.0 electronic and electrical architecture. The new car comes standard with an L2-level intelligent driving assistance system, integrating 11 active safety functions including ICC intelligent cruise, AEB automatic emergency braking, and LKA lane keeping, and is equipped with 360° surround-view camera and 180° transparent chassis imaging.

In terms of power, the Boyue 10th Anniversary Champion Edition is equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged four-cylinder engine, with a maximum power of 133 kW and a maximum torque of 290 N·m, matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The 0-100 km/h acceleration time is 7.9 seconds, and the WLTC combined fuel consumption is 6.44 liters per 100 kilometers.

Commentary: It has been ten years since the Geely Boyue was launched in 2016, and cumulative sales of the Boyue family have exceeded 2.37 million units, with global exports covering more than 60 countries and regions. The launch of the 10th Anniversary Champion Edition can be seen as a phased response to this product journey. It has not adjusted or replaced existing variants, but instead, in the form of a commemorative edition, adds an option to the original product matrix that combines commemorative identification with competitive configuration. For family users with a budget under 100,000 yuan who hope to obtain an intelligent cockpit and L2 driving assistance experience, the Champion Edition provides a relatively balanced choice. Overall, the Champion Edition and the regular version are sold in parallel, providing differentiated choice space for consumers with different needs.
