In Mercedes-AMG's 59-year brand history, the all-new AMG GT all-electric SUV marks a brand first: it is the first full-size high-performance SUV entirely independently developed by AMG from the ground up.

The new car is built on the dedicated AMG.EA high-performance all-electric architecture and is the second production model under that architecture. It combines the generous presence and practicality of a full-size SUV while, through a low center of gravity, a dynamic body stance and a sporty seating position, delivering an extreme driving experience without sacrificing the core advantages of an SUV.
Thanks to a modern lightweight structure and intelligent whole-vehicle design, the new car achieves excellent lightweight performance. Together with the all-new chassis, electric drive and battery technologies, it strikes a balance among performance, comfort and everyday practicality.

Unlike traditional SUVs with their taller body stance and ponderous handling, the all-new AMG GT all-electric SUV adopts a low center of gravity and a dynamic, streamlined body design, paired with a dedicated sporty seating position. While retaining the SUV's generous space, high passability and multi-scenario practicality, it unlocks sports-car-level handling.
Externally, the new car has the standard high-performance GT SUV physique: a steep front end, a long wheelbase, a wide track, muscular fenders and a low, sloping rear. However, we remain reserved about the taillight design.

The aerodynamic configuration is split into two active systems: the GT 63 and GT 55 feature an active aerodynamic rear wing that automatically adjusts its angle above 150 km/h according to vehicle speed, acceleration and dynamic conditions to balance drag, downforce and high-speed stability; all models come standard with active front-bumper air curtains that remain closed under normal conditions to reduce drag and front-axle lift, and automatically open under high-temperature, high-load conditions to admit cooling airflow.
The front face features an AMG-exclusive vertical grille, an optional illuminated grille frame and the three-pointed star emblem, star-shaped daytime running light headlamps, turbine-style round taillights and optional full-width taillights, forming a highly recognizable exclusive identity.

The exclusive MANUFAKTUR high-end customization offers more than 60 exclusive paint colors and, for the first time, opens up customization of colored accents on AMG wheels, including matte vanadium silver, matte copper, angel blue, sun lime and flame orange schemes. The interior simultaneously adds exclusive colored seatbelt customization (fjord blue, hell green, flame orange), enabling exclusive, personalized customization.
The interior continues AMG's racing-inspired cockpit logic, adopting a low seating position and a wrap-around driver-centric layout, thoroughly distinguishing it from the traditional SUV high seating position and delivering a stronger sense of immersive control.

The vehicle is equipped with a 14-inch central control screen and a 10.2-inch instrument screen, with an optional 14-inch independent entertainment screen for the front passenger. The infotainment system runs on Mercedes-Benz's MB.OS architecture and the new-generation MBUX system, supporting a zero-layer desktop and multi-theme instrument displays, and built-in three major AI intelligent assistants that enable multi-turn complex conversations and intelligent scenario services, comprehensively upgrading the interaction experience.
The infotainment system features three AMG-exclusive performance applications: the AMG performance menu displays dynamic data in real time, including power flow, aerodynamic status, oil and tire temperatures, lateral acceleration and wheel power; AMG custom settings allow personalized adaptation of functions such as steering wheel buttons and aerodynamic strategies.

The AMG track recorder collects more than 80 vehicle data points ten times per second, and can record lap times, sector results and driving trajectories. It comes with multiple preset tracks built in, supports custom track creation and AR virtual racing-line assistance, and an optional dashcam can overlay track data onto high-definition video recordings.
At the same time, the new car features a predictive performance management system that intelligently allocates power and energy based on the characteristics of track sections, optimizing single-lap limit results and track endurance performance.

In terms of comfort, it comes standard with a panoramic switchable light-transmitting roof that supports transparent and frosted modes, with built-in heat insulation and exclusive ambient lighting effects. The seats feature lateral support and long-distance comfort cushioning structures, with optional one-piece AMG sport seats, floating door-panel armrests, diamond stitching and a high-end audio system. The rear row retains ample headroom and legroom, comes standard with three seats, and the backrests support power folding, balancing family practicality.
The body-in-white is built from a hybrid of aluminum, steel and fiber-reinforced composite materials, achieving a balance between high rigidity and lightweight construction. The high-voltage battery is integrated into the central structure of the body, equipped with an exclusive protective safety shell and incorporated into the vehicle's crash energy-absorption system, effectively dispersing and absorbing impact forces in a collision to ensure zero battery damage and high whole-vehicle safety.

The central cooling hub features a highly integrated design that coordinates thermal management across the battery, electric drive and electronic control domains, improving stability under extreme conditions and whole-vehicle durability and safety.

The new car offers two high-performance electric drive schemes. The top-tier GT 63 and mid-tier GT 55 models adopt an advanced three-axial flux motor architecture, while the entry-level GT 53 model features a dual synchronous motor layout. Powered by dedicated high-performance electric drive units, they deliver progressively escalating power performance.
The top-tier AMG GT 63 SUV is equipped with three innovative axial flux motors, delivering a combined maximum output of up to 860 kW (1169 hp) for top-level performance. The mid-tier AMG GT 55 SUV is likewise equipped with three axial flux motors, with a maximum output of 600 kW (816 hp).
